Can I access the event from Thaden Fieldhouse?
No. UP.Summit event entrance is via the North Gate only. The North Gate is located on the east side of the airport located at 2380 SW Aviation Street. Please keep this in mind to ensure a smooth experience accessing the event.
Where do I park?
Event parking is located at the Walmart HQ parking lot - 702 S.W. 8th Street. Shuttles will offer service to and from the North Gate entrance of Bentonville Municipal Airport. ADA Accessible parking spots and ADA compliant buses will be available. There is NO on-site parking at the event.
How frequent is the shuttle service?
The shuttles will begin continuous service from the parking lot starting at 11:45 AM. Please expect a general wait time of 15 minutes. The last shuttles will depart the North Gate for the parking lot around 5:15 PM.
Will there be bike parking?
Yes. Bike racks will be available next to our event entrance on the corner of SW 24th and SW Aviation Streets. This lot will be monitored, but we encourage riders to bring a bike lock to secure your bike to the racks as a best practice.
Can I walk to the event?
Yes, but please be mindful of moving vehicles when sidewalks are not available. Again, the entrance is on the east side of the airport at 2380 SW Aviation Street, North Gate. The event is not accessible via Thaden Fieldhouse. No one will be allowed to cross airport side.
Are there any age restrictions?
No. UP.Summit Community Day is appropriate for all ages.
Will food and beverages be available?
Yes. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from some of Bentonville's favorite food trucks!
What should I wear?
This is a casual outdoor event. Dress weather appropriate and comfortable shoes.
Is this a pet friendly event?
Due to the nature of the event and related exhibitions, animals are discouraged.
