Helicopter Balloon Launch!
Build it. Launch it. Watch the sky come alive.
Get ready for one of the most memorable moments of Community Day—a hands-on experience where kids (and kids at heart) can build their own mini helicopter balloons and launch them into the sky as part of a massive, synchronized release. With thousands of balloons launching at once, the sky over Bentonville will turn into a colorful celebration of creativity, flight, and fun.
This one-of-a-kind activity combines play, physics, and imagination—and it's completely free for participants. Come early, grab your kit, and be part of a joyful spectacle you won’t forget.

Where do I park?
Attendees should park at 702 S.W. 8th Street, Bentonville, Arkansas 72716-0550 and take the buses that will shuttle to and from the event entrance. There is NO on-site parking near the event entrance. Please do not park on the side streets or block residential and business driveways. Thank you.
Is there Bike Parking?
Yes, parking is available for bicycles at SW 24th Street, just outside the airport entrance.
Can I walk to the event?
Yes, but please be mindful of moving vehicles when sidewalks are not available.
Will food and beverages be available?
Yes. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from some of Bentonville's favorite food trucks!
Are there any age restrictions?
No. UP.Summit Community Day is appropriate for all ages.
What should I wear?
This is a casual outdoor event. Dress weather appropriate and comfortable shoes.
Is this a pet friendly event?
Due to the nature of the event and related exhibitions, animals are discouraged.
Where will the helicopter balloon launch take place?
The launch will take place within the UP.Summit site location. Helicopter balloon kits will also be available onsite for you to build them and launch together with the group.
